Senior Partner, EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
David Byram joins EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING as a Senior Principal in the New York office. David brings extensive experience as a commercial leader for market access, reimbursement, government affairs, and sales and marketing.
David comes to EVERSANA from Syneos Health, where he was Managing Director, Commercial—Value, Pricing, Access, Reimbursement and Public Policy. In this role, he supported clients across biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics, with a primary focus in innovative rare disease, gene therapy, oncology, and chronic disease therapeutics. Leveraging his broad commercial experience, David supported the Commercial Advisory Group verticals, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Value, Access and HEOR, and the Commercial Integrated Solutions organization.
Prior to Syneos, David was a Principal at Biotech Health Strategies, where he led commercial assessment, strategy development, and organizational structure for a startup commercial organization, developed Phase 3 commercial strategy and HEOR/value proposition for a small bio-pharmaceutical entering the neurology disease space, and developed strategic commercial recommendations and identified reimbursement opportunities for a European device company.
David also brings vast experience on the industry side, having served as Chief Commercial Officer at StageZero/Innovative Diagnostic Labs; Vice President, Market Access, Reimbursement, Channel & Government Affairs at Braeburn Pharmaceuticals; Vice President, Market Access & Government Affairs, at Orexo US; Director, Government Affairs, at Gilead Sciences; Director, Managed Care & Public Policy, at Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals; Vice President, Marketing & Community Relations, at Advantage Health Systems; Senior Director, Strategic Alliances & Public Payers, at Centocor Inc.; and Oncology Sales Specialist, Immunex Corporation.
David holds a bachelor of science degree in public administration from Indiana University.
